There might be some good news on the way as PFIZER AND BIOTECH have announced their success as the candidate has been shown symptoms that were quite effective in preventing COVID-19 in participants without evidence of prior SARS-CoV-2 infection in the first interim efficacy study. The official Twitter page has also updated this latest announcement with a short video. It seems like we have some hope as the new development is looking positive enough.

This analysis study has tested as many as ninety-four confirmed cases of COVID-19 in trial participants. The study will continue to test 164 cases to collect more data and analyze the whole situation even further.
