Plot

With the previous season ending with Joe’s love interest Beck now dead, the first-look images released show Joe with his new obsession, Love. In the previous season, the last few minutes the fans caught a glimpse of Joe’s previous love interest, Candace, who everyone feared to be dead.

The premise of the show seems to be changed as well. Where Joe used to be a bookshop keeper in New York in the first season, now he is to be found in Los Angeles. Though it’s not really clear why he is in LA after all possible reasons to investigate him for the murder of Peaches, Beck’s best friend, was dropped and with Beck, herself gone too. It’s hard to predict the reason behind the change of location, but hopefully, it won’t stay like that for long.

Possible character development can be expected in the new season. Now that Beck is gone, Joe is a different guy now after everything he has been through. In addition, Love Quinn, the new love interest of Joe, is going to be nothing like Beck. If it were to say they are like day-and-night!

 Cast Details

Joe Goldberg is still to be played by Penn Badgley and Love Quinn is going to be played by Victoria Pedretti. Pedretti debuted with her acting career in 2018 with Netflix series The Haunting of Hill House.

The new season is definitely going to be one to watch!!
