Will Martin Scorsese’s “Irishman” Be An Oscar Winning Movie?

The American epic crime and drama film ‘Irishman’ is going to be released soon.

According to fans, it is a masterpiece made by the director Martin Scorsese for the streaming site Netflix. There is great influence of three Academy Award winners leading with Robert De Niro (The Godfather Part ll, Raging Bull), Joe Pesci (Goodfellas) and Al Pacino (Scent of a woman) also in.


The supporting cast consists of Harvey Keitel, Bobby Cannavale, Ray Romano, Anna Paquin, Stephen Graham, Jesse Plemons, and Jack Huston. The movie is expected to be released in limited movie theatres on 1st November in the USA.

Whereas it is going to be released on Netflix on 27th November. Fans are quite excited to watch this amazing movie and certainly, there is hype around the world regarding this. The trailer of the movie was released on 26th September 2019.

The movie written by Steven Zaillian is based on Charles Brandt’s ‘I Heard You Paint Houses’ which was based on the former hitman Frank’s Sheeran “The Irishman” life story and his role in the disappearance of Union President Jimmy Hoffa in 1975. The movie got a special screening at the Jio MAMI Movie Festival 2019.
