The ‘Game of Thrones’ star Kit Harington is going to join the Marvel Cinematic Universe. As per sources, the actor is going to debut as Dane Whitman also known as the Black Knight. The actor will join in next year in the film called “The Eternals” produced by MCU (Marvel Cinematic Universe). The movie is expected to be released on 6th November 2020 in the United States.
The actor also responded to how his fans were having too much expectation on his role as Jon Snow in ‘Game of Thrones’ during the final season of the series.
In conversation with ACE Comic Con in Chicago, this weekend Kit Harington explained why he is so much excited to join the Marvel Studios family. He said, “A lot of people who go into something like the MCU, they haven’t had experience of, maybe, a franchise that big,”.
He said that he had lived with Thrones for ten years. He knows a big franchise (Got) and something that’s created a world and it has a huge fan base. So for both reasons, he is excited and terrified.
The actor revealed that he would likely to become Jon Snow while talking about the movie. Now he’s going with a Marvel movie and will play a superhero, which the actor says is cool. “I don’t know what I can say about it, I’m sacred sort of even mention it”, he said. He further told that he is hoping to distance himself from the character that made him popular.
