Trevor Noah announced his last day on The Daily Show
Trevor Noah, host of The Daily Show shocked his fan with the announcement of ending his career with the Comedy Central Series. The host of The Daily Show will end his career on Thursday, December 8, 2022.
Noah has shocked not only the audience but also his Paramount Global Boss, Chris McCarthy, and his colleagues with this announcement.
The first time when he announced ending his time on the hot seat was on September 29, which eventually ended up shocking his fans as well as his boss and colleagues but no further detail and specified time wasn’t announced then. But now he completed his announcement by announcing the date of his career ending with Comedy Show and as per the date he only has a few months left.
The Daily Show’s coming surprise of the new year
As for The Daily Show, which will return on January 17 reported that it will be back in the New Year with a new beginning and new surprises. This somehow created a bit of suspicion about whether they found a permanent new host or they will have some of their best stand-in hosts like Ronny Chieng, Michael Kosta, Desi Lydic, Dulce Sloan, or Roy Wood Jr who will be hosting the show until they have a new host.
McCarthy views about Trevor Noah
When asked about his career ending with the show Chris McCarthy said that Trevor is one of the best TV hosts who had left a remarkable mark on the Show and he along with his The Daily Show team is quite grateful to Noah for his creative partnership for the past 7 years.
Trevor Noah, who started his career on The Daily Show in 2015 after the host Jon Stewart, came into the spotlight, where he delivered International and American political comedy in entertaining ways. Noah not only has been the host of this show he also has been one of the writers which included Jon Stewart, Stephen Colbert, and John Oliver along with this he has also been one of the executive producers of the show.
