Peacock reveals and premiere date ‘The Traitors’
The Alan Cumming hosted show ‘The Traitors’ will comprise of 10 episodes and is reported to be released on January 12, 2023. Peacock releases the cast for the new reality competition series.
The Reality show will be joined by famous personalities like Arie Luyendyk Jr. from ‘Bachelor/Bachelorette’, Brandi Glanville best known for working in ‘The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’, ‘Survivor’ fame Cirie Fields, Cody Calafiore and Kate Chastain. Not just them but Kyle Cooke from ‘Summer House’, Rachel Reilly again from ‘Big Brother’, Reza Farahan (Shahs of Sunset), Ryan Lochte and Stephenie LaGrossa Kendrick will also be joining as the contestants for the show.
Not only them but also civilians from different region and from different profession will join The Traitors. Those includes Christian De La Torre (Veteran & Van Life Influencer), Michael Davidson who is DMV Office Manager, Andie Thurmond (Director of Music Services), Quentin Jiles (Political Analyst), Shelbe Rodriguez (Public Affairs Manager), Geraldine Moreno who is an Actress, Robert “Bam” Nieves (Tech Sales Executive), Anjelica Conti (Hair Stylist), Azra Valani who is a Yoga Instructor, and Amanda Clark (Emergency Room Nurse).
The show is set to be shot in the remote castle in Scotland. It will be entirely based on Dutch series with same name as it was for the previous series. The celebrities and the civilians will be fighting against each other in the form of challenges, puzzles and games in order to win the cash prize of $250,000. But wait, the challenge doesn’t stop here, it can’t be ended without a twist. So, the twist here will be that 3 of the contestants who are selected as “the traitors” will make strategies to steal the prize money from the contestants who are named as “the faithful.”
