The Haunting of Hill House is an American horror TV Series created and directed by Mike Flanagan for Netflix. The first season of this supernatural horror drama was an adaption of a novel of the same name by Shirley Jackson. The plot revolves around five adult siblings whose paranormal experiences at Hill House continue to haunt them badly even in the present with flashbacks of incidences from 1992.
After the huge success of the first season, Netflix has announced yet another season for the series named The Haunting of Bly Manor, which is inspired by ‘The Turn of the Screws’ a book by Henry James. The seasons following the Hill House will move away from the Craig family and will have a whole of fresh content.
Flanagan will bring the original cast back but not their characters. According to him, repeating the same characters is not on his mind neither the actors want the same.
The cast of The Haunting House of Bly Manor will include Victoria Pedretti, Henry Thomas, Oliver Jackson- Cohen and Kate Seigal. they all will be seen playing pivotal roles in Bly Mansion.
The production began back in September 2019, and the show is expected to hit the screens by the end of 2020. The second season will be even more interesting as before.
As of now, there has been no official date for the second season’s release.
we may not be sure about the date and plot of the show, but one thing of which we are pretty sure that it will be a pleasure to the audiences watching the show, with excitement level at the peak. Until the next season drops, the least we can do is watch the first season all over again.
