The main character is a 25-year-old red panda named Retsuko. Being a shy and modest person, or animal, she was always taken advantage of by her lazy colleagues and had to bear with the sexist and degrading comments of her boss. The only medium through which she could relieve all this stress was by singing death metal at her local Karaoke bar.

In season two, we got to see Retsuko’s relationship with her family, friends and her relationships. Everyone praised the show for properly handling the storyline. Regarding season 3, it was said to release in Summer 2020, so that could mean it can arrive in July or August. We can expect that Fanworks are already working on the show, and may have even completed it.

But with recent reports of the coronavirus pandemic, many shows and movies have been pushed back so it won’t be a surprise if any pending work on Aggretsuko might’ve been affected and led to it getting delayed. Also, Netflix hasn’t given an estimated release date yet.

Season 1 of the show came in April 2018, and season 2 released in June 2019. If all goes well, we will be hearing that announcement soon enough about the show coming out in July or August.
