Terminator: Dark Fate arrives on Digital in January
Terminator: Dark Fate arrived in theaters this fall. While the movie garnered largely mixed reviews, the action-thriller is all set to arrive on Digital, 4K, Blu-ray and DVD this winter. The sequel to the hit Terminator Franchise might have failed to do well theatrically but the loyal fans of the series will be up for a treat with the digital features of the movie.
The Terminator installment by James Cameron and Tim Miller is, in fact, arriving 2 weeks earlier than the earlier pre-decided date. Terminator: Dark Fate is arriving on Digital January 14, 2020, and on 4K Ultra HD, Blu-ray, and DVD January 28 from Paramount Home Entertainment.
The Digital, 4K Ultra HD, Blu-ray releases will arrive with one hour plus additional content for all the viewers. The extra content will include deleted scenes and extended scenes, in-depth featurettes taking fans through the process of recreating a world after the judgement day, an in-depth look at the climax and the breakdown of VFX.
In addition, the Digital version will also include access to two more featurettes and previz sequences showcasing the complete planning of the actions sequences before the movie panned out.
Some of the digital releases will also feature commentary from the movie director, Tim Miller, and editor, Julian Clarke, along with brief information on the deleted scenes. The 4K Ultra HD, Blu-ray version will have the movie boasting a Dolby Atmos® soundtrack remixed specifically for the home to place audio anywhere in the room, including overhead. Additionally, both the 4K Ultra HD and Blu-ray Combo Packs include access to a Digital copy of the film.
