Former ‘Teen Mom’ star Jenelle Evans obtained a restraining order against her ex-husband David Eason, from whom she announced her separation on October 31 this year.
Ending her short-term marriage from her second husband David Eason, Evans took restraint order against him following his errant behavior.
She took this step as she was scared of Eason’s recent threats and his habit of carrying weapons.
She said she was concerned about the safety of her children, Jace Evans, 10; Kaiser Griffith, 5, whom she shared with her ex-husband Nathan Griffith, and Ensley Evans, 2.
“Because of his recent threats, his history of violence, his erratic behavior, and his large stockpile of weapons, I am scared for my life and my children’s well-being.” Filed by Jenelle on November 4.
Following her complaint, he was taken into temporary custody, during his stay, he cannot meet or contact his wife and children, and also cannot post anything about them on social media.
Jenelle accuses David of physical and verbal abuse and filed a complaint of his 11 past incidents in which killing of his dog was also included, later Eason confirmed killing his dig in September.
She also alleged him that he locked his son Kaiser and Jenelle inside a running car, after that she moved away from him with her children.
She also said she did not want to end her marriage but she appropriately knows what is right for her and her kids.
