The official release date for Star Trek: Picard season 2 has not been confirmed yet. But we well hope to hit the network screens around late 2020 or early 2021. The second part is confirmed to come up with ten episodes.
Taking into account the cast of the show, the lead Sir Patrick Stewart is very well possible to reprise his role as Caption Jean-Luc Picard in the second season. Though the others remain in speculation, one addition that we are sure of is Whoopi Goldberg. Yes, Whoopi Goldberg would appear in the second season of the series performing the role of Guinan. We might also see Evan Evagora as a newcomer this time.

CBS All Access would be trying its best to keep up the excitement amongst viewers. Thus a trailer for the season 2 is not to be expected any before late 2020 prior to the season launch.
