Luke Perry, who portrayed Fred Andrews in the series, tragically passed away earlier in the year in his real life. Previously, it was announced that Riverdale would deal with Perry’s passing head-on.
The trailer offers some glimpses at how that will unfold, with a memorial being held for Andrews Patriarch and Archie establishing a youth center.
