Prey stars Amber Midthunder, best-known for her roles in Roswell, New Mexico and Legion. She stars as a fierce Comanche warrior named Naru. The Comanche tribes were prevalent on the Great Plains during the 1700s, and that’s where the story takes place.

As seen in the trailer, we get to know that Naru is a rebellious youngster who wants to prove to her tribe members that she is a capable hunter. She manages to wound a bear, but it backs her into a corner and was about to kill her when it gets killed, and lifted up by an invisible being. She soon realizes that this being only wants to hunt, and has started killing her people. But all this time, it has stayed invisible.
