A daughter of the star Ozzy Osbourne, Kelly Osbourne, opened up a shocking truth of her life before heading to the new year 2020. At the end of the last year, Kelly shared a post over Instagram, where she admitted to having an alcohol problem and said that she’d devote her new year by staying sober.

Along with the new year resolutions, the actor added photos from across 2019 and then announced her decision to stay sober in 2020.

She wrote that although 2019 was having good and bad both, the year had been incredibly educational for her. She realized her responsibilities and learned how to put other’s needs before hers. But in many ways, it had been been a good year, including self-growth.

2019 has been one hell of a year. In many ways it has been amazing especially in terms of self-growth. In many ways it has been gut-wrenchingly difficult. However through all the good and bad it has been incredibly educational for me. I have come to the realization that I constantly put the needs of others before my own. I allow myself to be put in situations that make me feel uncomfortable for fear of upsetting someone else. Not forgetting the amount of times I co-sign the bullshit of others. With almost 2 1/2 years of sobriety under my belt I still struggle with confrontation (which was NEVER a problem when I was using) Well this all STOPS today. 2020 is going to be the year of me!!! It’s time to put myself first, stop taking on other peoples shit and be the badass sober women I was born to be. #HappyNewYear I love you guys 💜

For 2020, Kelly wrote that the new year will be hers as it’s time to put herself first. She resolved to stop taking on other people’s shit and will be the sober woman she was born to be.
