The model gave a stunning pose in which her right hand was on her head and her elbow was left out to the sides. Her lips were slightly apart from each other while she was staring downward at the ground. One of her legs was crossed and her back was fully displayed.
The model used a thick black belt to wrap her chest instead of a conventional top. The belt went through the belt loop and was then tugged in at the end. This emulated it similar to a push-up bra. The photo had her cleavage and underboob clearly visible.
