Kobe and Vanessa Bryant’s daughter Capri takes her first steps at 11 months and nothing is more adorable than that!

Proud mama moment for Vanessa, as she returns to normalcy after Kobe’s tragic death four months ago

Vanessa Bryant uploaded a clip on her social media account showing her 11-month old daughter Capri walking from her aunt to her mom. This comes four months after the tragic death of her husband Kobe Bryant and daughter Gianna,13, in a helicopter crash.

Vanessa also has two other children, Natalia, 17, and Bianka, 3, with the basketball legend.

Moving forwards

In the video, we can see Capri sitting on her aunt Sophie’s lap, and then slowly getting up and walking over to Vanessa with everyone else in the room clapping in support. “My baby!!!! So proud of my Koko Bean ❤️🤩Capri took her first steps from her auntie Sophia to mama today.🌟🎉.”, captioned Vanessa.

Vanessa stayed active in social media and shared photos and videos of her three daughters from time to time after having a tough 2020, having lost her husband and daughter in the helicopter crash that took place in Calabasas.

Vanessa also had a bittersweet Mother’s Day but she got a special book from Natalia, Bianka, and Capri, titled, Why I Love My Mom, which she shared on her Instagram as well. Natalia, the oldest also celebrated her mom on Instagram by showing a collage of her mother’s pics.

Vanessa also made sure to show her gratitude to her friends and we’ll wishers who gave her gifts on Mother’s Day.

April was again a hard time for her as she had to celebrate Easter without her husband and daughter. Their 19th wedding anniversary was also in April. Kobe was also inducted in the Hall of Fame and Season One, his sports fantasy novel became a New York Times Best Seller.
