Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes goes into production
Kingdom Of the Planet of the Apes, Walt Disney Company’s latest creation has begun production at Disney Studios Australia, formerly known as 20th Century Fox, in Sydney, New South Wales. After remaining quiet for a long time, the Production team has moved forward to announce the official title of the movie “Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes”.
All about titles
The film was announced on early 2019 by Walt Disney Company with no release date and later it was titled “The Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes” and then in September it was given the name “Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes” and now the road is all set for the amazing creators and the production has begun.
It is a sequel to the 2011 film Rise of the Planet of the Apes by Rupert Wyatt, followed by Dawn of the Planet of the Apes in 2014 and War for the Planet of the Apes, which was released in 2019.
Unbeatable cast and crew
Being directed by Wes Ball the film will feature Owen Teague (It), Freya Allan (The Witcher), Peter Macon (The Orville), Eka Darville and Kevin Durand and the screenplay is by Josh Friedman, Rick Jaffa and Amanda Silver and Patrick Aison. Joe Hartwick Jr., Rick Jaffa, Amanda Silver and Jason Reed(“Mulan”) are the film’s producers and Peter Chernin, and Jenno Topping are the executive producers.
As a part of the production deal, Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes will receive $17 million AUD in support from the Australian government and additional funding through Screen NSW’s Made in NSW fund. The film is expected to provide more than 400 local jobs and add $128 million AUD into the Australian economy.
Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes is expected to be one of the hits in theatres once it releases in 2024.
