BTS merchandise drives fans from all across the country into Seoul’s chilly Christmas
Merry Christmas everyone!
Christmas is even merrier for the K-Pop fans who were brave through Seoul’s chilly Christmas to grab some of their favourite BTS merchandise. Fans from all across Korea and some even from Japan flew down to Seoul. Why? Because they wanted to bring something home to gift to their loved ones which would have BTS stamp on it.
As per new Reuters report, Gangnam area of Seoul witnessed a huge line-up of fans arriving in herds to buy merchandises from BTS store. They wanted to buy gifts for their loved ones as a Christmas present while rest of the street was deserted. Everything from as small as a toothbrush to as big as a t-shirt are up for grabs. And fans are trying to lay their hands on anything they could find which could serve as a memento of BTS.
The report reveals that not only teenagers and kids were there. People from all age-groups joined in and the reporters spotted them at the store. Reporters spotted a 62-year-old man at the store shopping for a merry Christmas. Another woman named Lee Myeong-sook said at the outlet that she would like to buy some dolls, cushions, badges, notebooks, and things like that to give it to her friends.
Reports also say that some of the fans flew down especially from Japan to the Korean city just to do some Christmas shopping at the BTS merchandise store. As per Reuters, the Japanese fans told them that they had flown down in Seoul because the store hadd more stuff as compared to the three stores that they have in Japan which were opened recently.
Another fan named Rebecca who originally belongs to Boston said that she has been BTS fan for two years. She has come to buy anything she can even though she already has a lot of BTS goodies.
About 15,000 fans visited the store during a single day last week. It was definitely a merry Christmas for all BTS fans.
