Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez had their engagement last Friday on the 27th of September in Los Angeles. The engagement party was a family affair and was attended only by close acquaintances. And two days later, the couple shared their favorite moments from the party on social media.
Both Lopez and Rodriguez shared pictures of their respective daughters, Emme Maribel and Ella Alexander from the party. Fifty years old Lopez posted a family picture which she captioned, “💕💕💕 9/27/19 💕💕💕”.
Both Lopez and Rodriguez have two children each with their ex-partners. Lopez has two 11-year-old twins, Maximilian “Max” David, and Emme with ex-husband Marc Anthony. While Rodriguez has two daughters- 11-year-old Ella and 14-year-old Natasha Alexander with ex-wife Cynthia Scurtis. The kids have blended well with one another as Lopez says that her twins get along really well with Rodriguez’s daughters.
Recently, in an interview when Lopez was asked about the possibility of her having kids with Rodriguez, the actress/ singer said that her kids Max and Emme would be “thrilled” if she and Rodriguez decide to have a baby and grow the family. Lopez elaborated that her kids love the company of Natasha and Ella. And they would be thrilled if she has a baby with Rodriguez.
In an interview with Hoda Kotb, the subject of having more kids popped up and Kotb asked Lopez if she wished to have kids with Rodriguez. To this Lopez replied, “Yeah”. Also, in a separate interview with Rodriguez, Kotb brought up the topic of kids, to which Rodriguez said, “Interesting. That’s a lot to unpack.”
