Good Girls returns to NBC for its third season. The crime-comedy drama series first premiered on NBC on 26th February 2018 and is created by Jenna Bans. The series’ second season premiered on 3rd March 2019. Over a month after that, the series was renewed for a third season and its first episode was premiered on 16th February 2020. For Netflix, the series will be made available a bit differently.
What is Good Girls about?
The show Good Girls is centered around three suburban mothers who struggle to sustain themselves financially so they turn to crime. Their lives are turned upside down as they get into something much more than they bargained for. The first season was aired with ten episodes, the second season had thirteen episodes, and the third season is reported to have sixteen episodes. It has Christina Hendricks, Retta, and Mae Whitman in main roles.
Netflix, as usual, will not follow the traditional weekly episodes airing instead the episodes will be made available all at once on the streaming service. Since season one was released on Netflix on 1st January 2019 and season two on 1st January 2020, therefore we can predict that the third season will be launched on Netflix in late December 2020 or early January 2021.
Can we still watch Good Girls on Netflix?
In recent news, NBC is rumoured to be launching its own streaming service which could make things difficult for the viewers of Good Girls. Since Good Girls is already available on Netflix, NBC will try to deviate all viewers from Netflix to its own streaming service which would mean removing Good Girls from Netflix. Fortunately, the series will be available on Netflix for several years to come and will also feature its new seasons because of inherited contracts. Many NBC shows will be made available on Netflix. This is good news for the fans.
