Global Citizen launched a brodcast, Aim: the eradication of extreme poverty, reducing climate change, eradicate inequality!!

It is high time that people realize the deterioration of the environment. So, sustainable development is being taken up by everyone, including the entertainment industry.

 First of all, the United Nations Global Goal is set to implement its agenda to change the world until 2030. Therefore, the goals: the eradication of extreme poverty, reducing climate change, eradicate inequality is spreading widely.

Thus, Global Citizen, the worldwide famous community for all persons, has launched GLOBAL GOAL LIVE: THE POSSIBLE DREAM. Besides, this is a year-long campaign. Moreover, this will live stream for ten hours on September 26, 2020.

The event promises a list of impressive renowned personalities. Since it includes including Alicia Keys, Billie Eilish, Coldplay, Cyndi Lauper, H.E.R., Janelle Monáe, Lizzo, Metallica, Miley Cyrus, Ozuna, Pharrell Williams, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Shawn Mendes, Usher, it is set to reach every part of the world. 

Markedly the agenda is to reach as many people as possible. Thus, hosts also would be played by celebrities. To enumerate, they have joined this noble cause, nodding their support. Indeed the list includes Rachel Brosnahan, Hugh Jackman, Idris Elba, Trevor Noah. Also, more entertainers are marked to join the event.

Without a doubt, this event would be made special by the cooperation of the world’s leading corporations, trade organizations, and advocacy agency. Obviously then, Recording Academy is supporting this gratuitous cause.

The year 2020 marks the ten-year countdown towards the sustainable development goal. Particularly, the data assessed shows that the 59 poorest countries of the world need around $ 350 billion a year for upliftment. Thus that is the target to achieve.

This historic 10-hour broadcast would span across five continents. Revealed anchoring plans for Central Park in New York, and Lagos, Nigeria would be soon joined by events in Latin America, Europe, and Asia.

The event calls out the philanthropists, governments, and private sectors to contribute the targeted funds.
