Florida’s Walt Disney World faces the most significant power outage of all time!: Major attractions temporarily closed.

In Florida, a storm is gradually shifting towards Orlando, causing the closure of some major attractions at the Walt Disney World, thus creating an inconvenience for the guests. Many guests of Walt Disney World were facing power outages at their Walt Disney World Resort hotels. The Disney springs, the shopping district, and the dining district were also suffering. The storm had caused several shops to close across the Disney Springs. The backup generators were not enough to support such a vast area and hence only powered some selected plots. The entire Disney Springs, located at a short distance to the Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort and Spa faced complete darkness due to the power outage. The guests took to the social media to share their experience during the incident. The infamous attraction of Walt Disney World, Magic Kingdom Park which includes Prince CharmingRegal Carrousel, Seven Dwarfs Mine Train, Sorcerers of the Magic Kingdom, Space Mountain, Splash Mountain, Stitch’s Great Escape and a few others, had been announced a temporary closure due to the weather conditions. The power outage is caused by the reportedly approaching storm namely, Tropical Storm Dorian. The Orlando Sentinel weather experts are of the view that the tropical cyclone can bring highly rough winds which may blow throughout south and central Florida. The expected arrival of the storm is scheduled by Friday and Saturday. The storm is projected to be of Category 1 hurricane by Wednesday as it covers Puerto Rico. This power outage is supposedly the biggest one in the history of the Walt Disney World as mentioned by a cast member. On Monday, at around 9 p.m EDT, the power was restored at Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort and Disney Springs. The store and the restaurant were back on track as well.
