Facebook has faced so many problems in the last few years with some high profile adverts for its services featuring celebrities which included stars like Kim Kardashian, Jenifer Lopez. Recently, the Wall Street Journal reports that Facebook is taking a step by making its initial appearance in a Super Bowl Ad.
This is the first time that Facebook will do this during the Super Bowl Ad and the company is already going for it.

According to the Wall Street Journal that they will take a charge for it which is paid up to $5.6 million for a 30 second commercial spot during this event. The Ad will be a 60 second spot featuring Chris Rock and Sylvester Stallone whom promoting the social connection aspects of the Groups feature. Both actors Rock and Stallone meet on the Rocky Steps at the Philadelphia Museum of Art to film the commercial which have been reported by the people.

Facebook’s consumer marketing strategy

‘The marketing strategy by Facebook for consumer has based upon two facets: one is rebuilding trust with people using their products and the other is building value around these apps, which showing the positive one for using the platforms’- the statements is given by the Wieden and Kennedy chief creative officer and partner Colleen DeCourcy.
