Our favorite pop star Madonna just turned 61 on 16th of August and fans just can’t get enough of her wild birthday bash. She celebrated her birthday in a way only a Material Girl could.
Madonna threw a flamboyant birthday party at Madame X in New York on the eve of her birthday (Friday, 16th August). She partied all night long with her friends and family. There were 150 guests in the total present at the party. Most of them were performers from her upcoming eponymous “Madame X” tour.
Sources reveal that Madonna entered the party late at 10 p.m. The popstar looked dashing in a four-star army general’s uniform.
The party was too much fun. In fact, Madonna’s children- Stella, David, Estere, and Mercy jammed with a karaoke session. The kids sang Elton John’s ‘Your Song’ in honor of their mother. Madonna’s daughter, Lourdes Leon also attended the party. However, she missed the karaoke session.
The guests were served numerous delicacies which included, platters of cacio e pepe, tuna tartare, pizza and more from Panella’s Antica Pesa and Feroce restaurants.
Later, Madge posted a picture of herself (in her four-star army general’s uniform) from the party on Instagram and thanked everyone for joining the celebrations. The 61-year-old pop star wrote, “Madame ❌ had too much fun at her Birthday Party last night! Thank you, Every one!”
Madonna has been quite busy these days preparing for her upcoming “Madame X” tour in September. Yet, she took time from her busy schedule to host the party so that she could spend some more time with her family, specifically her children.
