Emma talks about how she blindly trusted her husband which led her feel unlovable. She didn’t even expect his relationship with women on set. In the interview she said,” What I learned was how easy it is to be blinded by your own desire to deceive yourself.”
She also added that she was so miserable that she felt half-alive and any sense of being a lovable or worthy person was completely gone. Apart from being heart broken, Emma also felt that her social image was swayed away by the controversy. She said, “We didn’t present as glamorous in any way.” She didn’t want to be some power couple.
Meanwhile, Emma Thompson found love in Greg Wise and started living her life with a new dimension. She extremely appreciated the presence of Greg at the peak point of her life and also called him her heart fixer as he “picked up the pieces” and remade them together.
