Disney+ show “Hawkeye” to be ready for shooting by this July. Here’s all you need to know about it.

Hawkeye aka Clint Barton is a well-known member of the Avengers team. He is famous for his pinpoint archery skills, good relations with Black Widow and also for frequently taking retirements. Recent reports indicate that the shooting for his show will begin this July.

What could be the plot of “Hawkeye”?

At the beginning of Endgame, we saw retired Clint Barton training archery to his daughter, Lila Barton. His wife and two sons were also present in a nearby field. In the second shot, all of his family vanished. This indicates his status while Thanos snapped in Wakanda.

The next shot presented Barton in Japan. He was referenced there by the name of Ronin. Natasha Romanoff aka Black Widow brings him from there back to Avengers in the US.

Kevin Feige said that the plot of the story may revolve around the transformation of Clint into Ronin. How he becomes Ronin when he loses his family in the snap. And what consequences occur because of it.

It may also show us his daughter, Lila taking the title of Hawkeye. Clint will train her to be Hawkeye as he has again taken retirement in Endgame. In the comics, Kate Bishop takes the title of Hawkeye after Clint retires.

Casting and Production

The series will be created by Jonathan Igla. He will also take over as the executive producer of the show. He is renown for writing the historical period drama ‘Mad Men’.

Another sure cast member for the series is Jeremy Renner, who will continue his role as Hawkeye. Rumors say Hailee Steinfield will play the role of Kate Bishop in the series. Fans are also supporting her casting on social media. But nothing is official till date.
