Demon Slayer upcoming game gets a new update along with a new trailer

With only a few weeks left for the release of Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – The Hinokami Chronicles, SEGA has been very generous in giving the fans new updates about the game. A few days back, the company released a brand new trailer of the Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba game on their official youtube channel. Read on to find out more exciting details about the trailer!

Given that we are only weeks ahead of the latest Demon Slayer game’s rollout, SEGA is now set on a mission to boost the fan’s excitement. Moreover, as a part of the game’s promotion, SEGA has been unveiling more updates about the game in recent weeks. Now it released a video giving us a sneak peek at the Mugen Train arc gameplay. 

The video gave a glimpse of how the events of the recently released movie Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba: Mugen Train will unfold in the game. The Mugen Train arc portrays an emotional narrative that will pave the way to fiery fights we get to see in the game. Further, the new trailer majorly featured the prospective game’s adventure mode. 

New updates:

SEGA also revealed that the different playable demons will be released as three free post-launch updates. In addition, it also declared that the game requires a post-launch patch to set up a performance mode. The performance mode will allow 60 frames per second for the PlayStation 5, Steam, and Xbox Series X versions. While the gameplay will always be 60 FPS in adventure mode as well as versus mode, the cutscenes will not be. Nonetheless, the cutscenes will be blocked at 30 FPS even in performance mode.

Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – The Hinokami Chronicles will release on October 15. It will be available on PS4, Xbox Series X|S, PS5, Xbox One, and PC via Steam.
