Season 5 Details

Cobra Kai

We see the sad aftermath of the All Valley Tournament that took place in Season 4. Miyagi-Do was beaten by Cobra Kai and its new management, and will now have to close their doors. Terry Silver (Thomas Ian Griffith) decides to franchise Cobra Kai, and is now looking to close other dojos in Los Angeles in a similar fashion.

Daniel LaRusso (Ralph Macchio) is clutching at straws, and has no choice to team up with his rival Johnny Lawrence (William Zabka) once more. Danny lays out the plan that should have been executed a long time ago: Cut the head off the Cobra Kai snake. The season looks to focus less on official tournaments and more on street brawls so that Danny, Johnny, and their followers can shut the aggressive advancement of Silver and the Cobra Kai dojo.
