Christina Hendricks made a shocking (at the same time, pretty impressive) revelation through her Instagram post on Thursday, August 22, 2019, where she claimed to be a part of the 1999 Oscar-winning film, “American Beauty.”
In her recent Instagram post, the “Good Girls,” Christina Hendricks revealed a shocking secret about the infamous poster of the notorious Oscar-winning film (1999) ‘American Beauty.’ Mena Suvari and Kevin Spacey were the leads of the film. In her post, Christina uploaded a picture of the poster and disclosed that she used to be a model and added, “and sometimes a hand model.” The caption continued as the actress went on with claiming that the hand upon the belly was hers. This came as a shock since till day; it was thought that the poster had Mena featuring in it with her belly and hand holding a rose. The post necessarily signified only the side and not the abdomen. She claimed in her post that the stomach belonged to “some other model.” This clears the fact that Mena Suvari had no role it the movie’s poster. The model who featured her belly is not known yet, but it does not belong to either Mena or Christina.
It was in the same year that Christina had her career established as an actor. Bagging the lead role in “Beggars and Choosers,” she continued rising as an actress and soon got an offer for the film “Mad Men.” From there, her career went at the high end of the graph.
After her recent Instagram post, a lot of Christina’s Hollywood friends and co-stars expressed their shocks in the comment section. “This is important. How come I did not know this?” was what January Jones wrote, while Busy Philipps reacted by commenting, “Wait…What?”. Many more new comments flooded her secret-revealing post.
