Who is Gorr?
Gorr is a character created by Jason Aaron and Esad Ribic and first appeared in Thor: God of Thunder #2. He’s an alien who grew up in an unnamed barren planet and frequently prayed to the gods to help him and his loved ones to survive under the planet’s harsh conditions. In a tragic event, he lost his whole family and he assumed that gods did not exist, as nobody heard his prayers. But he soon found out that they really did exist and set out on a quest to kill every last one of them. This is a good backstory for the character, but there are chances of Marvel adding their own unique twist to it.
Jason Aaron was the same creator who made Jane become Thor, and that is also very likely to happen in Love and Thunder. Get ready for an epic fight between a god and a god butcher.
