A novel and unique name for the Cameron Diaz and Benji Madden’s daughter
The star couple has welcomed their first child together in the New Year, a daughter, they have named ‘Raddix Madden,’ on Friday, January 3rd. Diaz, 47, and Madden, 40 jointly broke this news out to their followers on Instagram.
The couple shared a common post on their Instagram pages which started with their New Year greetings for their followers. It further read the announcement of the arrival of their baby girl, they wrote that they are so happy, blessed and grateful to begin this new decade by announcing the birth of their daughter Raddix Madden. She has instantly captured their hearts and completed their family. Wanting some privacy, the couple writes that while they are overjoyed to share the news, they also feel a strong instinct to protect their little one’s privacy. So they won’t post or share any more details.
Talking a little more about her, they wrote that their daughter is really cute. Some would even call RAD. Wishing a Happy New Year and Decade once again, the couple signed off.
The unique name that the actress Mommy and Vocalist Daddy decided to give to their daughter might be their own invention as per the ongoing trend. As per People’s conversation with Pamela Redmond, the CEO of Nameberry, a comprehensive guide to baby names, it’s not a name that she had heard before so, she was convinced that it’s a name invented by the couple.

Redmond told that creating names for their children is a new trend adopted by people especially celebrities as they want something that nobody else has. She informs that people, in general, are making up names and thousands of more names exist now as they were a generation ago.
Diaz and Madden had exchanged vows in 2015 and had expressed their wish of becoming parents a couple of months ago.
