A person who loves fantasy, romance, and supernatural activity might have watched Season 1 of ‘A Discovery of Witches.’ Diana Bishop was a girl or a witch who suddenly discovered a bewitched book and was pushed into a magical world in Season 1. She fell in love with a vampire named Matthew Clairmont, trying together to figure out their place in the world.
Season 2 of ‘A Discovery of Witches’ is also releasing soon. It is likely to be aired in the year 2020. Season 2 of A Discovery of Witches will also have the same main characters. Hacksaw Ridge’s Teresa Palmer will be again seen as Diana Bishop and Downton Abbey as Matthew Clairmont will again feature as the protagonists of the show. Also, Sarah Bishop, Emily Mather, Nathaniel Wilson will be seen in the show.
Apart from them, fans can also hope to see some new faces and characters in this season. Season 2 will follow the plot of the second book named ‘Shadow of Night’ of “All Souls Trilogy” by Deborah Harkness. Diana Bishop and Matthew Clairmont will head towards London. They are on a mission to find the Ashmole 782 and a powerful witch to teach Diana how to control and use her magic in the book Shadow of Night. While Diana tries to identify the magic within her, Matthew tries to overcome with his past.
So, we all are waiting for a new beginning i.e., Season 2 with lots of new secrets, fights, thrill and definitely the love story of a witch and the vampire.
