The father-son duo was playing wrestling on the bed. But, he didn’t remember that he had hidden a loaded gun in the small of his back.
A four-year-old Indiana boy and his 36-year-old father were both shot in the head with the same bullet that discharged from the man’s gun while the two were play wrestling, police said.
Both of them were playing wrestling on Sunday night at their Bed inside a home near Bloomington, Indiana when the gun – which the father had concealed near the small of his back – fell and discharged one-shot, The Herald-Times reported.
The boy was taken by helicopter to Riley Hospital for Children in Indianapolis, where he was listed in critical condition Monday. Both Got Hit from a Single Bullet.
Shot By A Single Bullet Of The Hidden Gun? But How? Careless or What?
Keeping Guns is Not safe, and when they both were playing, they got Shot. The Victims include a 4-year-old and his 36-year-old father from Indiana who was reportedly playing.
The Shot Triggered from Nowhere, and both of them got hit.
Rushed To The Hospital
The kid and the father were not identified until now. It is reported that they will soon be identified, and the relatives will be informed.
Confusion? The Gun Was His Own Man Or Was There A Third Party Involved?
The man had a gun with him for the starters. No sane family has an arm on them even when they are playing with their kids. It is suspicious enough here. Other than this, the police are also trying to figure out how the gunshot might get triggered off the bullet on its own.
They believe there was someone else who fired the gun at the father-son duo but wasn’t successful. There are very few chances of accidental firing, but that’s a lot of Coincidence.
It is made known that both father and son could survive the incident. The injuries are non-life-threatening, but still, grave. So Chances of Survival can’t be assured rest Investigation of the Scene is underway, and the victim’s names will be released soon.
