In the 2003 movie, Thomas Brodie-Sangster depicted Sam, a youthful drummer who was in love. The Love Actually actor got to inadvertently relive his character’s rescue from police officers when he and Diane Sawyer went on a trip down memory lane during ABC News’ 20th anniversary special.

On the very same park bench in London where the Queen’s Gambit actor shot a notable scene with Liam Neeson, Sawyer and Brodie-Sangster were reminiscing about his experience shooting the holiday movie when the accident occurred.

Liam was a fantastic person, and Brodie acknowledged how lovely he was to him. Liam was a fantastic person, according to Brodie, who also thought he was lovely to him. He even admitted that Liam had made the atmosphere really welcoming.

However, later, a producer on the film intervened to inform the two that the police had informed them that Sawyer and Brodie lacked the required documentation and that they would arrest the group if they lingered.

The renowned journalist, however, accepted the interview’s “abrupt” conclusion in stride and said that the cops are coming, to which Sawyer responded with a chuckle, and she stated that now they must flee.

The cameras keep shooting as they swiftly rise from the bench and leave the area.

Fortunately, they avoid being arrested, and Brodie-Sangster poses for photos with some admirers before leaving.
