Amber Heard was all smiles as she was spotted on a hike with a female friend on Tuesday. This comes after new reports claimed that her ex husband Johnny Depp has just filed another multi-million dollar court case against her.

But she painted white the happy picture despite all these new claims, as she stepped out. She was photographed wearing a straw hat, a linen shirt, a pair of black leggings and a coral bandanna around her neck. She was spotted around the Elysian Park area.
The New Case
This comes right after reports claiming that Depp’s lawyers are expected to submit papers that could result in Amber giving evidence about their disastrous marriage.

Heard had told on many occasions that the Pirates of the Carribbean actor has been abusive and violent against her in their three years as a couple. Depp denied all these allegations and even filed a lawsuit against the Sun’s publishers News Group Newspapers in July after they wrote an article calling him a ‘wife beater.’
Another court hearing is expected to happen as Amber’s source told The Mail that Johnny will stop at nothing to ruin her.

The source claimed, “No matter what the outcome (of Depp’s case against The Sun), Amber is preparing for round two, but if Johnny wins his case against The Sun then that’s it, he will go and go.” They also added that these cases could go on for years.
Meanwhile, it’s rumoured that Disney will be looking to rehire Depp after there was evidence saying Heard had been lying.
