A brand new movie was recently launched on Netflix. The movie titled Coffe and Kareem is of an action-comedy genre. It is directed by Michael Dowse, known for directing Stuber in 2019.
James Coffee is played by The Office actor, Ed Helms, and Vanessa Manning is played by Person of interest actress, Taraji P. Henson. Terrence Little Garden is playing Kareem Manning. Jesse Hutch, The Butterfly Effect actor is playing french Canadian terminator.
The shooting for the film started back in April of 2019, at various locations including Britain, Colombia, and Canada. It is available on Netflix for the audience from the 3rd of April 2020.
The movie has crispy comedy scenes that are going to make you laugh now and then. Plus, it will also keep you gripped with the movie plot and glued to your couch. It can also be seen that a 12-year-old boy is using a language that is not supposed to be used by the kids. Hence it might get some criticism from the critics and audiences.
Although, the chemistry between leads Ed Helms and young Terrence Little Gardenhigh looks amazing. King Batch, a well-known Youtuber is also in the movie. Coffee and Kareem, in all possible ways, is a promising movie for the audience.
PLOT
James Coffee get into a relationship with Vanessa Manning, a single mother with 12 years old son, Kareem. Kareem does not particularly like his mother’s new boyfriend James, who is a police officer. So, he makes a plane to throw him out of his and his mother’s life by assigning a criminal to help him. But, being friends with criminals, is not always a good idea. The plane backfires which make James and Kareem come together and deal with it.
