Drones play a very important role in every battlefield, each country have especially designed drones. Here are top five drones on our planet. They are basically used to drop missiles and bombs at the war field. The technology of drones also proves power of the country. Without much doubt the major lethal drones are acquired by US Navy.
Lethality: MQ-9 Reaper and GD Avenger
The MQ-9 Reaper is the best drone for the U.S Air Force; it is an update to the previous version MQ-1 Predator. It is better than the Predator in many ways like it can carry double the number of Hellfire missiles and small bombs. Also it has better capability to chase the target.
General Dynamics Avenger also known as GD Avenger have more endurance and ordnance than Reaper, it can carry up to 1000 lb bombs. Since they were developed in a small quantity therefore they did not went to further updates. As a result the Reaper still remains on the top of the list.
Long-Range Surveillance: RQ-4/MQ-4 Global Hawk
Besides being one of the very old drones it still remains on one of the top drones. This drone was made in 1998 by the Global Hawk. It is best suited for High Altitude long endurance (HALE) UAV field. Active Electronically Scanned Array (AESA) is one of its ultimate feature. Global Hawk still remains on top in world of weapons and technology. The militants rely on it which makes Global Hawk world leader.

Converted Conventional Aircraft: Unmanned EA-18 Growler
It is basically an aircraft which converted into drone, it remain in this list because of its targeting capabilities. It shows incredible power as Electronic Warfare (EW) and Suppression/Destruction of Enemy Air Defence (SEAD/DEAD). They are beneficial because they mix well with the aircraft and often disguise in the attack.
The US army converted such aircraft into Drones also provides some major cost and aerodynamic benefits. However the Growlers are not ready to be in use yet cause there is still need to develop landing features for the unmanned Growlers.
