Elite is here with its third season and the kids are back urging you to hook to your screens. Netflix just announced the release date of the new season putting an end to all the speculations by fans.
Elite Season 3 is making an appearance on March 13, 2020. So there’s not even a month for you to pull up your socks and enjoy your favourite show. The teaser revealing the release date and cast was put by Netflix on YouTube on recent February 18.
The description of the video read,” When another classmate is killed, a new investigation ensues. The students look toward their future while consequences of the past haunt them.”
The star cast of Elite season 3
The cast for the third season of Elite is not officially nailed down yet. But the teaser makes a contemplation of the main cast returning back in their roles. Nadia (Mina El Hammani), Samuel (Itzan Escamilla), Lu (Danna Paola) and Guzmán (Miguel Bernardeau) are set to reprise their roles for another season. We might also see Carla (Esta Exposito), Polo (Álvaro Rico) and Nano (Jaime Lorente) return back to their characters.
According to a report by Out D that came last month, the third season is the last season of Elite with the original star cast. A subsequent season would have a completely new star cast working in the show.
The plot and other details
The first and second season of Elite were released on October 5, 2018 and September 6, 2019 respectively and comprised of eight episodes each. The Spanish teen drama is based on tussles between some middle class and wealthy students of high profile school Las Encinas. A three middle class children enter a place of well-offs, the clashes about lifestyle and sexual attractions begin that fast forward themselves resulting into a murder. The upcoming season would also fast forward itself leading to another mystery or perhaps resolve of the previous one. It for sure would take viewers into flashbacks at various points.
