One Direction star Harry Styles is coming up with his second album ‘Fine Line’ on 13th December.
The former 1D member came to the Saturday Night Live hosting the show for the very first time. The singer delivered an amusing monologue at SNL. He said that he has spent more time with the live audience.
The 25-year-old pop-star mentioned all his bandmates’ names in the monologue skipping Zayn Malik. He replaced Zayn’s name with Ringo Starr. The show happened to be on 16th November at NBC’s Studio 8H.
Ringo Starr is famous as a drummer for the Beatles. He left the band in 1968. The drummer took a break for about five months. However, he later returned before the band got split in 1970.
The singer referred all his 1D members as brothers and said they are his family. He said in the opening monologue that he loves those guys and mentioned each member’s name, one by one. Also calling them brothers. Styles said- Niall Horan, Liam Payne, Louis Tomlinson and then gave a dramatic pause and concluded the naming session with Ringo! And quoting that’s it.
Zayn Malik left the boy band after being there for 5 years to start his solo career. Harry tried teasing the audience by saying that he wished he 1D team was there on the set. But dropped down the high hopes by saying but they are not.
‘Lights Up’ singer took the opportunity to thank Simon Cowell who came up with the idea of merging the boys into a band. He is grateful to him and referred to have grown in the test tubes.
The singer delivered the rest of the remaining monologue by laying a black color grand piano. He stood up after finishing up the monologue and sipped the cocktail.
