Quintessential troll Diplo reached a whole new level by hacking into the Jonas Brothers’ Instagram on Wednesday (Sept. 25).
It’s still uncertain as to how he did it, but he made the most out of it.
Firstly, he unfollowed everyone except for his own personal account. Then, he updated the profile picture to a photo of himself and uploaded an Instagram story laughing at his feet.
And then, obviously, there were posts. The DJ posted a string of pictures to the account, including his own. In one picture, he was shirtless wearing only a pair of Calvin Klein underpants.

Next were a fan’s Jonas Brothers tramp stamp, a photo of Hanson with the caption “never forget the original Jonas brothers.”
Another photo in which Diplo was shirtless holding his Grammy awards was also posted. Furthermore, a comedy skit featuring “footage of Nick breaking up the band,” made way into the account.
Hours after the hack, the internet brigade was unsure if the Jonas Brothers were aware of the situation or were in on the joke.
However, looks like the brothers are not happy. One fan wrote, “either the Jonas brothers Instagram is hacked, or they love @diplo just as much as I do….” To which, the Jonas Bros replied, “Lol no we don’t love Diplo that much. Looking into it.”

Meanwhile, Joe Jonas also took to his Instagram to share a blank screen with a simple, “@diplo chill fam.” After this, he followed up with an unanswered text he sent to Diplo, asking how did he get the password.
Moreover, whatever is happening, the Internet and Diplo are having the last laugh. Interestingly, some are attributing the hack to a possible union between Diplo and the Jonas Brothers.
