Ariana Grande accused of copying Drag Race star Farrah Moan’s style

Ladies and gentlemen, fasten your seat belts and prepare yourself for more drama. On Thursday (5th of September) Drag Race star Farrah Moan (real name Cameron Clayton) accused the Grammy winner Ariana Grande for copying her style. Moan accused Ariana of “stealing from queer artists”.

Farrah Moan took to the social media site Twitter to allege Ariana Grande. She posted a side by side picture of herself and Ariana wearing a blingy corset and choker on Thursday (5th of September).

The look that Moan is accusing Ariana of is from Ariana’s ‘7 Rings’ video. The tweet comes after Ariana files a lawsuit against the brand Forever21 for “using her likeness” to promote the brand. This week, Ariana filed a lawsuit of USD 10 million against Forever21. She alleged the brand of hiring a model with an uncanny resemblance to Ariana after she refused to endorse the brand.

Moan initially said that she wouldn’t have been upset if Ariana took inspiration from her look. However, she later had a change of heart and tweeted, “idc what the lawsuit is really about, her legal team is accusing theft of likeness, image, w/e but the point is her team also stole.”
