Zombies 3: Meg Donnelly and Milo Manheim did this for roles on Zombies 3?! What a shocker!

The actors behind the franchise not only brought their characters Addison and Zed back to life, but they were co-producers on this third installment.

The IRL besties really pushed for something to be included in the newly released movie, according to a recent interview with Meg.

“In this movie, they say ‘I love you’ to each other. And that wasn’t going in the script just because it might have been a little bit too mature for younger audiences,” Meg told Forbes about her and Milo’s decision for an extra line of dialogue which includes “I’m so proud.”

“I’m so glad that we were able to show our love for each other in such an important way,” she said with a smile. “It was really touching and special, which makes me even more proud of how much hard work went into it!”

When asked to take on the producer role in an interview with LA Confidential, she agreed without hesitation.

Meg had this to say about the experience, It was amazing. For her and Milo both being creatively involved in a movie through their own eyes was really special.

As she explained, “Milo and I expressed our interest in it since we are so interested and we love these movies so much, and we were enormous fans of Disney Channel as kids.” She said that they also know the kinds of things that young children might find appealing. The fact that they were involved in that way and that everything went so smoothly made them think it was incredibly vital to keep that in mind.

Additionally, Meg and Milo recently addressed reports that they are actually dating.

Zombies 3 was filmed in the summer of 2021, with production starting at the end of May and going through July.

The Zombies franchise is not over with Zombies 3, there will be more to it!!
