Kanye West Dropping From Coachella Show Over Travis Scott Matter
Celebrity rapper Kanye West, now known as Ye, blasted Thursday that he would withdraw from the Coachella show if Billie Eilish didn’t apologize to Travis Scott.
Sharing on his Instagram post he wrote Eilish performance in Atlanta, where she interacted with fans at the weekend concert, was actually disrespectful to Travis Scott. She has to apologize for this before proceeding with the concert events. And if she doesn’t, he will withdraw his name and will not perform in the much-awaited event at the festival. He also shared in the post that he might bring Travis Scott to the festival.
West went on posting an image of Eilish from the media and wrote she disrespectfully speak to Scott when she stopped the concert in between and went to give an inhaler to a fan.
The 44-year-old rapper further added in the caption, we love you Billie now please apologize to Trav and the families who lost their lives. And Scott didn’t know what was happening on stage and was deeply hurt by you.
What happened at the event
Singer and songwriter Billie Eilish, 20, halted her concert in the middle of the ongoing festival to give an inhaler to a fan sitting in the front row. He took this step when he looked uncomfortable and upset and remarked that they were ‘taking care of our people‘.
Eilish didn’t apologize to Scott but certainly did respond to West’s Twitter comment. She said she never said anything about Travis and only helped a fan.
Scott’s 2021 November event became a tragedy in Houston when fans rushed on the stage and killed ten people. Because of that incident, Scott’s performance pulled back from the Coachella 2022 event.
