On Thursday night, Beyoncé dropped a new music video called “Already”, from the 2019 live action movie The Lion King: The Gift, in which she voiced the character of Nala the lioness. The song will also be featuring Shafts Wale and Major Lazer, along with dialogues from the movie, which will be shown at the start of the video.

For the kings and queens

Apart from the music video, a deluxe version of The Lion King: The Gift will also be available on streaming services from Thursday night. This album will be including a song called “Black Parade” which is an extended version of the one previously released, and a remix of “Find Your Way Back” that features Melo-X. The dialogue from the movie will be removed in the deluxe version.

“Black Is King'” is aimed for the audience and teaches lessons from The Lion King for “today’s young kings and queens in search of their own crowns,” as reported from a press release. It will also feature music from the movie’s official soundtrack.
