RIO DE JANEIRO: An enormous model of a vagina on a slope in northeastern Brazil has fuelled a continuous social battle among radicals and preservationists – including close partners of the extreme right president, Jair Bolsonaro.
Called “Diva”, the clear 33-meter cement and tar design by craftsman Juliana Notari is situated on the site of a previous sugar plant that has been transformed into an outside exhibition hall in Pernambuco state.
