Brian Tarantina famous for ‘Marvelous Mrs. Maisel’ reportedly died of drug overdose

As per medical examiner, Brian Tarantina died due to accidental drug overdose.

The 60-year-old American actor, Brian Tarantina’s sudden death on 2nd November 2019 came as a shocker for everyone. The cause of death revealed as an accidental overdose of drugs. The actor, who is known for his portrayal of Bootsy on Gilmore Girls, and Jackie in The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, was found dead in his apartment in New York’s Hell Kitchen.

Paramedics pronounced Tarantina dead at the scene in his midtown Manhattan apartment, however, the cause of death wasn’t revealed at that time. When Police and paramedics arrived after receiving information about an unconscious man, reportedly, they had discovered a white, powdery substance near his body.

As per the medical examiner, that the actor died from the acute intoxication of a combination of drugs that includes fentanyl, heroin, diazepam, and cocaine.

Speaking about his death, his representative said that Brian was quite ill recently, and was in the hospital. He was in the process of recovering from what he believes to be a heart-related issue.

His unfortunate sudden death left everyone shocked and saddened. Tributes and condolences for the actor had poured from every corner. The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel show paid tribute saying that gaslight won’t be same without him. His Co-star Alex Borstein said that for her character, Susie has two people she somewhat trusts, Midge and Jackie and that’s a huge hole, a huge loss. She also said that Tarantina passed away when they completed the ongoing season, so what they will do in the future? She doesn’t know. It’s a terrible loss for everybody.

Brian Tarantina is survived by a son, sister, and brother.
