Oscar nominee Sacha Baron Cohen is in talks to join the series ‘Disclaimer’
The famous actor Sacha Baron Cohen who got nominated for Oscar in two categories may appear in ‘Disclaimer’. The upcoming Apple TV+ series was adapted from the Novel by Renee Knight. Along with this news, The Oscar winner Alfonso Cuarón will be the Writer, Director, and Executive Producer of the series.
Sacha Baron Cohen got Oscar nominations for Best Supporting actor. Along with that Best Adapted Screen Play. The Role of Aaron Sorkin in ‘The Trail of Chicago Seven’ got the best supporting actor and Screenplay for ‘Borat’. This is not the Baron’s first TV series. He acted in ‘Who Is America’ and Netflix’s ‘The Spy’.

This series is based on Renée Knight’s novel adaptation of the title ‘Disclaimer’. The story is about the deep dark secrets of a Journalist’s life. The details will be revealed through a writer. The effect of this on the Journalist’s life and how she will deal with it. This series mainly focuses on how journalist reacts to the news. So she will be under spotlight .
Double Oscar winner Cate Blanchett and Kevin Kline are both confirmed in the cast of the series. The role of Catherine Ravenscroft will be played by Cate.
