Fantastic beasts is a fantasy film series that is directed by David Yates. It is a spinoff and also a prequel to the Harry Potter film series. It is produced and written by J.K. Rowling.
How many fantastic best films are happening
On October of 2014 it was planned and announced that the series will only have three films, thus making it a trilogy. In July of 2016, David Yates confirmed that J.K. Rowling has written the screenplay for the second film and has ideas for the third one. Few months later in October of 2016 David Yates announced that there will be five films in total.

Release date of Fantastic beasts 3 and trailer
On 4th November 2019, wizarding world that fantastic beasts 3 will start shoot somewhere in spring of 2020. The name of the picture is still unknown and the location is the shooting is going to be Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The release date is confirmed to be 12th November 2021. Also no trailer is out till now.
That’s a long waiting time for fans however it will be worth it. As the second movie Fantastic Beasts: Crimes of Grindelwald didn’t do good at the box office, J.K. Rowling is taking her time to make sure that the next film will be real good.
Cast for Fantastic beasts 3
It is confirmed that Johnny Depp will be back in his role of Grindelwald.

Plot for Fantastic Beasts 3
Although there is no news regarding the plot. But it is expected that Fantastic Beasts 3 will continue where the previous film left off.
We saw Credence and Queenie join Grindelwald. Newt along with his brother Theseus is preparing to fight the dark wizard. Dumbledore was shown breaking the blood pacts.
Fantastic beasts 3 will continue upon these points.
