After Marvel Studios and Sony for made a deal for the sequel of Spider-Man: Far From Home fans are super excited to see what the studio comes up with. There are chances that the third installment of Spider-Man will be the first film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe to have an openly gay superhero?

The movie part, Spider-man: Home Coming was launched on July 7, 2017. After that Spider-man: Far From Home was launched on July 2, 2019. The sequel of Spider-man: Far From Home is expected to be launched on July 16, 2021.

There are many upcoming projects Marvel Studios where this could happen. But the closest movie is Spider-Man 3, which will be launched in 2021.

There is no official announcement from the Marvel Studios regarding the release of Spider-Man 3. Recently he studio has inked an agreement with Sony about keeping the Spider-man character in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. We can probably hear more when the shooting of the movie begins in the latter part of this year.

According to a source, Marvel Studios has a specific character in mind that they want to feature as first openly gay. Flash Thompson (Tony Revolori) may be the first openly gay character in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

Upon being asked Joe Russo about who can be first openly gay character says a gay character already exists in the MCU and the Marvel Studios will reveal it soon.
