At present, Red played by James Spader quite convincingly believed that Katarina played by Laila Robins is dead and gone. Nevertheless, it was about time he got doubtful and started an investigation on her death.
However the million-dollar question, the fans want the answer to is if Red eventually will come to know that Katarina faked her own death in Episode 11 of Season 7. “This has to be the top question, given a criminal like Reddington isn’t going to be oblivious forever,” Carter Matt said.

The promo of The Blacklist Season 7 Episode 11, released in December 2019, seemed to be insinuating that Red is starting to feel something is not quite right as somebody tells him, “Life is often surprising”. Nonetheless, it seems like Liz played by Megan Boone will stay true to her mother. “I can’t be on his side,” Liz said, “I’m ready to tell him the truth, my mother isn’t.” Katarina is out there digging up Red’s past.
So can we expect new reveals this season?
For the time being, we are a little bit infuriated at how easy it was for Liz to fully believe Rostova. Considering what she had been through, we expected her to be more cautious around Katarina but, seemingly, she’s the most likable character on television right now. What we would like to see in The Blacklist Season 7 Episode 11 is that if the same trust and faith towards Katarina keep going.
